People disclose their hardest behavioral patterns to this software. That disclosure carries an obligation we treat as structural rather than legal boilerplate. This page describes exactly what we collect, why we hold it, how long it stays, and how you remove it.
What we collect
We collect the account details you provide, the structured responses you enter during assessments and daily logging, and technical telemetry such as device type and error traces. We do not purchase behavioral data from third parties and we do not build shadow profiles of people who have not created an account.
How your data is used
Your structured behavioral records exist to personalize your own experience: generating your baseline profile, adjusting the daily interface, and grounding the answers your AI companion returns. Aggregate, de-identified statistics inform product decisions and the figures we publish. Identifiable records are never used to train public models.
Retention and deletion
Active accounts retain full behavioral history so the engine can compound. The companion retrieves a rolling ninety-day window when answering. Cancelled accounts move to read-only for thirty days so you can export, after which records are queued for permanent deletion. You can request immediate permanent deletion at any time from the account surface.
Sharing and processors
We never sell or rent personal data. A short list of processors supports hosting, payment handling, and transactional email, each bound by contract to equivalent protections and prohibited from independent use of your records. We publish that list rather than burying it, and we notify account holders before adding a processor that touches behavioral data.
Your rights
You may access, export, correct, or permanently delete your records, and you may object to optional analytics processing without losing product functionality. Requests are handled within thirty days and usually within two business days. Contact the team directly and a person, not a ticket queue, will confirm what happened.
Security practices
Behavioral records are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per account, and reachable only by a small number of engineers under audited access. We run dependency scanning continuously and review our data handling posture each quarter alongside our clinical framework review.
