Terms of Service

This agreement is written to be read rather than skimmed past. It sets out what you are buying, what the software explicitly is not, how billing and refunds work, and the conduct that will end an account.
The agreement
By creating an account you accept these terms. They cover access to the Vision Suite applications, the behavioral engine behind them, and any reports the software generates for you. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept on its behalf.
Not clinical care
The Vision Suite is behavioral infrastructure, not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and the AI companion is not a licensed clinician. Nothing the software returns should replace advice from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency service or a licensed clinician immediately.
Subscriptions and renewal
Gateway access is $9.99 per month, the Vision Suite Bundle is $19.99 per month, and Annual Vision is $79.99 per year. Plans renew automatically at the same rate until cancelled. Cancel any time from the account surface; access continues to the end of the paid period and then becomes read-only for export.
Guarantees and refunds
Gateway carries a seven-day money back guarantee. Both bundle plans carry fourteen days. Request a refund inside that window and we process it without requiring a justification. Outside the window we review requests individually and respond within two business days.
Acceptable use
Do not resell access, attempt to extract other users' records, reverse engineer the assessment instruments, or use the software to build a competing behavioral model. Automated scraping of the applications is prohibited. Accounts engaged in these activities are suspended without refund.
Changes and liability
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will notify account holders before material changes take effect. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
